REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services provided by Wayone IT ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Scope of Services

This policy applies to Web Development Services, Mobile App Development, CRM Development, Digital Marketing Services, Lead Generation Services, Custom Software Development, and Consulting & Technical Services. All services are subject to individual proposals or agreements.

3. Project-Based Services

Cancellation before project start may be eligible for refund after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges. Once the project has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable. Charges will apply based on work completed, hours invested, and third-party costs.

4. Milestone-Based Projects

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs during a milestone, charges will be applied proportionally to the completed work. Ownership of completed and paid deliverables will be transferred as per contract terms.

5. Digital Marketing & Retainer Services

Clients must provide 15–30 days written notice before cancellation. Monthly retainers already billed are non-refundable. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

6. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for change of business decisions, delays due to client communication, dissatisfaction without breach of scope, or services delivered as per approved requirements.

7. Service Disputes

Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The Company will be given reasonable time to rectify issues before refund evaluation.

8. Refund Processing

Refund requests must be submitted via official email. Review period is 7–14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be considered a breach of agreement. The Company reserves the right to suspend services if necessary.

10. Policy Modifications

Wayone IT reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be published on the official website and become effective immediately.
